Off the rails: Stanley Park Ghost Train cancelled for 2022

Disappointing news for Halloween. The Stanley Park Ghost Train has been cancelled but it has nothing to do with COVID-19. The Park Board says it’s been forced to pull the plug because of mechanical issues with the antique engines and passenger cars
