Dozens of people displaced by multi-building fire in Vancouver

Dozens of people have been forced out of their homes after a fire tore through three buildings in Vancouver. It happened around 3:30 Monday morning on Powell Street and Princess Avenue– after garbage outside one of the buildings caught on fire.
