Speaking to the media and the public on Tuesday, Environment and Climate Change Canada’s Warning Preparedness Meteorologist, Natalie Hasell, said that the ongoing impacts of climate change were a “factor” in the severity of the April snowstorm bearing down on parts of Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
