Climate change a ‘factor’ in severity of April blizzard bearing down on Manitoba and Saskatchewan, meteorologist says

Speaking to the media and the public on Tuesday, Environment and Climate Change Canada’s Warning Preparedness Meteorologist, Natalie Hasell, said that the ongoing impacts of climate change were a “factor” in the severity of the April snowstorm bearing down on parts of Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
