Montreal police are investigating following reports of shots fired outside the MUHC hospital, located on Décarie Boulevard in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce. The incident prompted the hospital to issue an emergency code, temporarily locking down some floors. Global’s Phil Carpenter has the details.
