Another southern B.C. community has been devastated by wildfire. Multiple homes and businesses reduced to rubble as wind-whipped flames advanced on Monte Lake between Kamloops and Vernon overnight. as Andrea Macpherson reports, firefighting efforts were hampered by people defying orders to evacuate.
