First hand accounts from the crane collapse in Kelowna, B.C

We hear some first hand accounts from people in the area around St. Paul Street and Bernard Avenue in Kelowna, BC today where a crane collapsed at a twenty-eight storey building in the downtown core. Power has been shut down in the area, and tragically there are multiple confirmed fatalities
