Toronto and Peel Region have begun targeting workplaces where there is a credible risk of exposure to COVID-19 transmission. After Peel ordered two partial closures on the weekend, Dr. Eileen de Villa announced measures targeting 12 locations in Toronto on Monday. Matthew Bingley has more.
