Vancouver police officer facing serious criminal charges

Constable Neil Logan has been in the news before for his actions both on and off the job. He’s been accused of assault and there were allegations of domestic violence. Now he is off the job, but still on the payroll as he faces charges of breach of trust and possession of drugs. Rumina Daya reports.
