Quebec Premier Francois Legault announced Wednesday that his government would impose a curfew from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., as it grapples with rising COVID-19 case numbers. Legault said the curfew would begin on Saturday, Jan. 9 and remain in place until Feb. 8.
