Another big retail and real estate development is on the horizon in Montreal’s West Island. The RioCan Centre in Kirkland is slated to be re-developed. The owners of the site announced on Tuesday that they have partnered with a real estate giant to bring the project to light. Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports.
