Ontario Premier Doug Ford is holding two days of emergency meetings with hospital officials across the province as the number of coronavirus cases continues to grow. On Friday, the province announced stricter measures in five regions, including moving Hamilton into lockdown. As Morganne Campbell reports, despite public health messaging to stay home, people are continuing to head out to do some holiday shopping.
