The final count from the provincial election is in and there’s been an upset in the North Okanagan riding of Vernon-Monashee. The BC NDP have won the former Liberal stronghold. The race was too close to call on election night. Now that officials have counted the mail-in ballots, it’s clear voters have chosen change.
