Quebec Premier François Legault provided an update on the COVID-19 pandemic Thursday as the province reported 1,138 new cases. There are 28 additional deaths with 10 of them occurring in the last 24 hours, according to authorities. The health crisis has claimed the lives of 6,378 people to date.
