Kelowna’s Stuart Park ice rink to reopen with small changes
Description
October 28, 2020
In a normal year the only question surrounding skating at Kelowna's Stuart Park rink would be when will the ice go in?
However, as Canada's COVID death toll surpasses the 10 thousand mark, this year. . . is anything but normal.
But other than a few minor changes, it will be business as usual at Kelowna's favourite outdoor skating rink.
At least at first.
