Coronavirus outbreak: New Brunswick allows palliative care patients to have up to 2 visitors

New Brunswick’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Jennifer Russell said on Monday that the rules regarding visits to patients in palliative care have been adjusted as the province enters Phase 2 of its reopening, saying a patient may now designate up to two people to visit them. No substitutions will be allowed, Russell added, and visits can only be by the same two designated people.
