There are new details about Connor Betts, the 24-year-old who went on a shooting rampage in the busy nightclub district of Dayton, Ohio early Sunday morning. As Jeff Semple reports, while the gunman had no history of criminal or violent behavior, former classmates say Betts had a hit list of people he wanted to kill in high school.
