North Central non-profit faces cutbacks amid financial struggles

The non-profit North Central Family Centre has served Regina's North central neighborhood for 18 years. They say that as the number of non-profits in Saskatchewan grows they have less access to government and corporate funding. Now, they're turning to the public for help and say that without new funding they have have to scale back the services they offer.
