Some say its too expensive. Many say there's not enough of it. We're talking about parking in downtown Kelowna. Its an issue that's currently being reviewed by council and there could be some major changes on the way. But as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, those changes won't include more parking. And the spaces you do find, could cost you more.
