Kidnapping in Kamloops ends in the Okanagan

February 15, 2019
It was a scene of chaos and confusion and only now is the picture slowly coming together. RCMP say the incident that forced the partial closure of Bernard Avenue near Gordon Drive in Kelowna yesterday was related to a kidnapping in Kamloops. They say it started with a robbery and ended with arrests in Kelowna and in the North Okanagan. Kelly Hayes reports.
