Condo construction pace in Kelowna not slowing down

Despite a drop in sales in the Central Okanagan, Kelowna would appear to be bucking the trend when it comes to condo sales. That became obvious following news that a majority of the units at a condo tower that is not even under construction yet -- have been sold. Kelly Hayes has the story.
