Ever since the public health order banning indoor dining at restaurants in B.C. was extended into May, the idea of an early closure of Kelowna's Bernard Avenue to allow for more restaurant patio space, has been a hot topic. But on Monday, Kelowna City Council voted against that idea, opting instead to implement a sidewalk seating program.
