Did owners set fire to the Vernon restaurant?

RCMP investigated the suspicious fire about two years ago at a Vernon restaurant but criminal charges have never been laid. However, arson accusations are now being made in a civil law suit. The owners of the since closed New Delhi restaurant are being sued for allegedly setting the fire. They deny any wrongdoing.
