Kelowna RCMP say the bomb found along Highway 97 was sophisticated. Snowy weather in Vancouver caused more delays and cancellations at YVR and in the Southern Interior. A body found in Vernon, being investigated by the Serious Crimes Unit has been deemed suspicious.
