Kelowna planning changes to Sutherland

A busy two-lane road in the heart of Kelowna will be transformed with new bike lanes and less streetside parking for cars. While losing parking disappoints some, they also believe the road needs better support for travellers on two wheels. Doris Maria Bregolisse reports.
