Canada’s airline executives defend charging fees for carry-on bags

Executives from Canada’s biggest airlines were summoned to appear before a parliamentary committee on Friday (Dec. 13, 2024) to defend their decisions to introduce fees for carry-on bags. Global Calgary’s Elissa Carpenter talked to passengers at the Calgary Airport to find out how they feel about being required to pay for carry-on baggage.
