Future of Calgary supervised consumption site to be decided by city council

Calgary city council is preparing to vote on a motion by Coun. Dan McLean to close the supervised consumption site at the Sheldon Chumir Health Centre. As Meghan Cobb reports, the motion cites a rise in crime and social disorder, but advocates say the problem is much more complex.
