30 years since murder of Mindy Tran

It was a case that made Kelowna residents think twice before talking to strangers, and double checking to make sure their doors were locked. 30 years ago an eight-year-old girl was abducted and later found dead in a Kelowna park, the case is still unsolved. Victoria Femia was at a memorial Sunday, where mourners celebrated the life of Mindy Tran.
