Russians united on Sunday for a national day of mourning following Friday’s terror attack at a packed concert hall outside Moscow. The attack, carried out by a branch of the Islamic State, is the deadliest in Russia in over two decades. But Russian President Vladimir Putin has suggested links to Ukraine, despite their being no known connection. Redmond Shannon explains.
