Avalanche safety and training in the Okanagan

Penticton Search and Rescue simulated a real-life avalanche rescue this weekend as part of its training. As Victoria Femia reports, it’s quite timely as Avalanche Canada is warning that the changes to the snowpack could lead to increased avalanche risks.
