Preparations underway for Vancouver Chinatown Spring Festival Celebration and Parade

One of Vancouver’s largest annual parades is just a month away and preparations are underway. The 50th annual Chinatown Spring Festival Parade will take place on February 11, celebrating the Year of the Dragon.
