Ontario Provincial Police say charges have been laid in a three-vehicle collision March 30 on the Niagara bound QEW that resulted in a fatality.

Police say a 10-year-old boy has died after a multi-vehicle crash on the QEW near Beamsville. A vehicle had rear-ended a white SUV with the boy, his brother and mother inside.
