Police say the apparent murder-suicide at the Ocean Centre Mall was an "isolated incident" and the gunman, aged 44, and his 52-year-old victim knew each other.

Police said officers were called to the Ocean Centre Mall just after 8:30 a.m. for a report that shots had been fired. When they arrived the found a woman had been killed.
