• Two dead following single-vehicle crash near Windsor, N.S.

  Windsor RCMP say at approximately 12:40 a.m., a passerby called police about a vehicle seen in a "deep ditch" near the intersection of Route 215 and Goshen Road in Hants County.

  A 27-year-old man has died following a single-vehicle crash in East Hants on Friday.

• RCMP investigating serious collision between motorcycle and garbage truck in Newport Corner, N.S.

  The driver of the garbage truck was uninjured while the driver of the motorcycle, a 21-year-old man from Three Mil Plains, N.S., was transported to QEII Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
