A 62-year-old driver suffered a medical episode in Oshawa Sunday morning, leading to a head-on multi-vehicle crash, police say. 

Durham Regional Police told Global News they responded to reports of a man who was struck by a vehicle in Oshawa at around 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
