The Soul's Harbour Rescue Mission project will offer supportive housing to women and their children in the form of a three-storey residential building to be built by year's end.

The construction site was quiet Wednesday, as the Department of Labour inspected the overnight incident and ruled the crane out of service while repairs are completed.
