Adam Drake was already facing a first-degree murder charge in the homicide of Nova Scotia battle rapper Pat Stay, and has been charged again with killing Tyler Keizer in 2016.

Adam Joseph Drake was charged on Sunday and attended court virtually from his jail cell. The case was put over until Oct. 27 as the defence waits for evidence from prosecutors.
