Craig Ferguson bringing stand-up act to Canada

TORONTO — Stand-up comic, actor and late night TV host Craig Ferguson is bringing his unique sense of humour north this winter.

The 51-year-old Scottish star has announced his Hot and Grumpy tour will stop in six Canadian cities in January.

Ferguson will perform Jan. 24 at Hamilton Place Theatre in Hamilton, Ont., Jan. 25 at Place des Arts in Montreal, Jan. 26 and 27 at Centrepointe Theatre in Ottawa, Jan. 28 at Kitchener’s Centre in the Square, Jan. 29 at the Dalhousie Arts Centre in Halifax and Jan. 30 at Centennial Hall in London, Ont.

Tickets go on sale Nov. 15 at Just For Laughs. Pre-sale tickets are available now using the code “secretariat.”

The host of The Late Late Show since 2005 is also well known for his roles on The Drew Carey Show and as the voice of Gobber in How to Train Your Dragon.

Ferguson is in Ontario this month for shows at Caesars Windsor (Nov. 22) and Casino Rama (Nov. 23).
