Cyclist taken to hospital after being struck by vehicle in Mississauga, Ont: police

A cyclist has been taken to a hospital after being struck by a vehicle in Mississauga, Ont., police say.

Peel Regional Police said the incident occurred on Thursday at around 6:40 p.m. in the Erindale Station and Forestwood Drive area.

Police said a vehicle struck a person on a bike.

According to police, the vehicle and driver remained at the scene.

Officers said the male biker was taken to hospital via an ambulance.
