1 can Mango pulp (chilled)
2 small pouches of gelatin powder
1/3 cup sugar
2 ½ cup water

200ml whipping cream
In a bowl, mix well the gelatin powder and sugar.
In a small sauce pan, bring the water to a boil and stir in the gelatin/ sugar mix. Stir until all of the gelatin/sugar has melted. Turn off the heat. Set aside.
Pour in the chilled mango pulp slowly and keep stirring, then pour in the whipping cream.
Pour the pudding into the individual cups and chill in the fridge until set.
