SASKATOON – The Saskatoon SPCA received 70 cats this past week.
That resulted in the shelter reaching capacity and forcing them not to be able to accept owner-surrendered cats at this time.

A total of 152 felines occupied the shelter on Friday.
Owners looking to surrender cars are encouraged to explore all avenues and can leave their information to be contacted when numbers subside.
The SPCA held a successful adoption drive to empty its kennels in August when it reached full feline capacity in the summer.
