One man was arrested at Edmonton International Airport on Saturday after an incident involving a man with a knife.
The incident happened at around 8:30 a.m.
RCMP said a man ran through security, then went to a nearby restaurant where “he armed himself with a piece of cutlery.”

The RCMP officer who found the man was able to take him down arrest him, but the officer was injured during the altercation.
The officer was taken to hospital in stable condition, an RCMP release reads. There were no other injuries.
