A man is in hospital following a shooting Thursday morning, police say.
Winnipeg Police said the shooting was reported in the 500 block of St. Mary’s Road at 5:32 a.m.
A man in his 20s was rushed hospital in critical condition but has since been upgraded to an unstable condition.
Northbound St. Mary’s Road at Essex Avenue was closed while police investigated, but has since reopened.
Police haven’t said what led up to the shooting, or if any arrests have been made.
