TORONTO – Street lights on stretch of road running through Centennial Park in Etobicoke remains out of service months after they were damaged during the Toronto flooding in July.
At least 70 streetlights on Centennial Park Blvd., between Rathburn Rd. and Eglinton Ave., have been out since the July 8 record rainfall.
A number of resident have complained about the darkness in the area and are concerned about public safety as well.
