The five-year average is 74 and 18 per cent respectively.

The west-central region is furthest along with only five per cent left to combine while 28 per is left to combine in the southeast.

The weather has caused some damage to the crops. Rain has resulted in bleaching and sprouting of some cereal crop while wind has caused some shattering losses in swathed canola and ripe crops.
