The product, which says “made by Bonbons Associes” on the wrapper, was sold in bulk at locations across Canada.

Retail-sized packages are not affected by the recall.

The agency says consumers who are unsure if they have affected product are advised to check with their retailer.

There have been no reported injuries linked to eating these candies.

The manufacturer, the Quebec division of Original Foods, is voluntarily recalling the product from the marketplace and the C-F-I-A is monitoring that effort.
