HAMILTON, Ont. – Police in Hamilton say they have laid a murder charge after an 18-year-old man died in a downtown stabbing.
Investigators say it happened in the parking lot of a Tim Hortons (on King Street) around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.

The victim has been identified as David Pereira.
Police say Raleigh Stubbs, 49, has been charged with first-degree murder.
He was remanded into custody and will appear in court Monday.
