Man dies after east-end motorcycle collision

TORONTO – A man died Friday afternoon after a motorcycle collision in the east-end of Toronto.

The collision occurred just before 4 p.m. near Danforth Road and Seminole Avenue near Lawrence Avenue East.

Police say a man in his 30s was taken to hospital with serious, life-threatening injuries. He was pronounced dead soon after arriving at the Toronto hospital.

Traffic Services are investigating the collision and the area is expected to be closed to traffic for several hours as police reconstruct the scene.
