TORONTO – This year’s exhibition highlights? Cronuts, deep-fried food and ziplines. But maybe not in that order.
Exhibition organizers provided Toronto’s media with a sneak preview of this year’s attractions on Wednesday. One of the expected highlights in 2013 is the cronut – A combination croissant, donut and hamburger.

The Canadian National Exhibition (CNE), the annual event which marks the beginning of the end of summer, will also have favourites from years past, including deep-fried butter, donut hamburgers and Nutella fries.
Organizers have also included a zipline that extends more than 1,100 feet.
Global News reporter Peter Kim was given a sneak preview of the exhibition Wednesday. See his experience in the above video.
