Man in life-threatening condition after Etobicoke shooting: Toronto police

Toronto police say a man has life-threatening injuries after a shooting in Etobicoke Friday evening.

Police said officers responded to the area of Martin Grove Road and The Westway around 7:40 p.m.

A man was found with a gunshot wound to the head and was rushed to hospital, officers said. Further information regarding the victim wasn’t immediately available.

Officers were seen investigating at a plaza in the area.

Police said there are two suspects, one of whom is believed to have been the shooter and is a 20 to 25-year-old man. He was reportedly seen wearing a black puffy coat, black shirt and a surgical mask.
