Britain’s coalition government is expected to announce controversial measures seeking to restrict online pornography.
British Prime Minister David Cameron said his government’s policy changes would be officially announced later this year.

They would notably entail blocking by default porn to all U.K. households, forcing customers who wish to see such contents to actively ask their Internet provider to remove the block, and outlaw “extreme” violent pornography, which includes simulated rape.
“This is, quite simply, about how we protect our children and their innocence,” Cameron argued in a speech on Monday.
